Part A
The class begin with a walk, with diferent cain of energys and rhythms (slow, heavy, normal, disotiation, intensity, alert, urgent, and go to the maximun of intensity). Where start to involve some emotions through breathing.
Walk normal….come down and recovered….
. Moviment on the space with walk and Transfers ( big movement and small movements)
. On the walk person A found person B, person A make a movement and person B answer with other movement ( Physically Dialogue)
- Streching ( Centre, spine, muscle )
Part B
.Two chairs in front of the public space, go by twos and presenting an object.
Without action, they begin and end at the same time.
With the possibility open to the change of pace and presentation course, anything can happen ..... From this exercise derive a large improvisation resulting in more participants
. In couples preparing a story ... anecdote, each with their own concerns, then
in couples: one presents its text and other physically interpreted.
