This course is about encountering more deeply and more consciously the essential presence of the vortex dynamics in ourselves, around us, and between us to support and inspire our ease and pleasure in moving and being. I would propose first a reflexion time on what a vortex is and then an investigation moment in encountering our inner vortrices (encountering their expressions in the state of energy, fluid streams or mineralised) to progress through our skin to sens the presence of votrices in the surrounding space, at proximal or more distal scales, enveloping and supporting us. This will lead us to a more related to the group investigation.
Depending on the time we would have, I would continue the proposal to the study of a specific Vortex expression of our physiology (for exemple the heart). We would see how the heart is shaped as a vortex, streams and pulses as a vortex, how the blood stream is also submitted to the same principles, and how this powerful dynamic can be a great an enjoyable support for movement.
