Movement, to move, mover are some wonderful words i have always admired and felt most appropriate to describe my infinite research.

I am involved in different skills from expression and contemporary dance, physical and street theatre, circus, acrobatics, capoeira to performance. So i always felt just one would be to narrow to describe me.

But the beauty of the word movement is that it actually describes every living being and more. We are all moving, even being still our hearts continue pumping, our lungs breathing, our nerves transmitting. Animals have such grace in the way they move, plants have their dance with the wind and rain drops, the water flows smoothly, the fire lingers with the air.

All the movement exist, we performers are not creating something new. We are just collecting pieces and putting them in a unique mosaic of our artistic expression. The great thing is that anyone can do it, a total beginner in the field of movement-art can play, explore and put the pieces together.

We teachers are there just to facilitate the process, show a more effort less way to do it, encourage creativity and awareness of the body and all its infinite ways to express. There is no good or bad, there is just each one's flow.

Dive in it! :)
